New Year, new projects - 2023 looks very exciting!
December 2022
The Rasico team were buzzing to be back in the office this morning for what is set to be an incredible year.
2022 saw a few new faces joining the team to assist with our increasing workload and not forgetting being nominated as a finalist in the Yorkshire Post Business Excellence Awards. We also saw the completion a 68 bed care home in Grantham, start on site for three further care schemes and a number of schemes submitted for planning which we can’t wait to get cracking on this year. Our Contracts Manager also enjoyed providing Clerk of Works services for some installation projects too, although we’re not too sure he was all that keen on the heights.
Delighted to have assisted Rasico Construction with conversion of two floors of a hotel in sunny Blackpool and preparation for a number of care home extensions in the Midlands which start on site very soon.
With lots of exciting projects planned for this year including a number of care and residential schemes, holiday parks and retail, its set to be a busy year and we’re looking forward to solving more clients problems full stop.

The team was delighted to receive the recent news that we have been selected as a finalist in the“Best Business Transformation” category for the Yorkshire Post Business Excellence Awards.
In the last two years we have re-branded, moved offices, recruited a fantastic growing team and launched a fantastic new construction side - yes it has been rather busy and we can’t wait to see what the next chapter has in store.
We are all very much looking forward the awards ceremony at Headingley Stadium on 23rd November 2022.

After a fantastic 2021, with many new projects, clients, a fantastic new team and a new home for Rasico, the year ended on a very high note!
Simon and Rachael, owners of the business tied the knot on the 29th December 2021, whilst holidaying on the beautiful island of St Lucia.

Rasico Consulting are delighted to announce, that we have now moved to beautiful offices in the charming North Yorkshire market town of Northallerton.
In the past 18 months we have secured an extensive number of new projects and our new home provides us with extensive space to grow. Northallerton is ideally located to service our clients throughout the UK, being close the the motorway and rail networks.

Rasico Consulting is delighted to receive news today that we have been selected as one of the Top 100 companies in the Leeds Region for Innovation, Digital Transformation and Resilience.
A big thanks to the team at CB Projects who developed our fantastic branding and website and recently assisted with our digital transformation.
The Digital Enterprise Top 100 will be a major initiative to identifying those companies that are setting an example for others to follow. This high intensity and the sustained campaign have been created by UMi, a delivery partner of the Digital Enterprise Programme.
Planning Approved - 68 bed care home, Grantham
November 2020
Rasico Consulting were delighted to receive the news that planning has been unanimously approved with zero objections and zero pre-commencement conditions for a 68 bedroom care home in Grantham, on behalf of our client Tanglewood Care Homes.
Our team, together with C-Squared Architects worked closely with the client to submit planning within 7 weeks despite the pandemic issues and look forward to starting on this project early 2021.
